It was a long interview with a recruiter. I got the feeling that they’re not really sure of the environment they want to create in their stores. But that could have just been the vibe from that one person.
The interview process was lengthy but well worth it. The process was thorough yet thoughtful. They took the time to get to know me and also share positive and challenging aspects to the position and company.
