Phone interview with HR so they can suss out if you have relevant experience and salary expectations. Got a vibe that I would progress but got told this officially in a follow up call to arrange

You get a phone call or email invitation to schedule the dates. Next step is Google Meet call. If your interview goes good, you are hired. They will also take few days for background check.
