I was given a "test" to fill out with questions pertaining to basic Tier 1 information such as password recovery, internet setup, etc. upon filling out and handing in the test I was brought into an office for my interview. They looked over the test, and then ignored it for the rest of the session. Questions were asked and then I was told the position they wanted to offer me and wage.
