Outdated and Out of Touch! I applied via LinkedIn and got a request for an assessment. The Wonderlic assessment. It was tedious and comprised 3 different tests. First, the Recruiter interview, which went well, except for the bald-faced lie that I would received follow up and feedback throughout the process. I then interviewed with the Hiring Manager, followed by another with the TAM Manager, and lastly with the Global Manager of CS. All seemed to be going well, but after the final interview I was ghosted! No follow up, no email that I wasn't selected to move on, NOTHING! Why make candidates jump through hoops if the company does not respect potential employees?! It is in direct contradiction to their supposed "values". Terrible experience!! Speaks directly to the reviews their own customers have been posting. I'd expect layoff announcements the way the leadership is steering this ship.
