The process included an online introductory interview for the Product Delivery Manager role. The conversation covered my background, software delivery lifecycle, delivery predictability, AI use in development, logistics, salary expectations, and next steps. The role sounded interesting, but the interview started late and felt too informal and somewhat unstructured. There was also limited clarity around delivery metrics, predictability, and the level of authority for the role. Follow-up communication was delayed, and my later request for feedback did not receive a response.
