Phone interview. Pretty Straight forward. Next step is another phone interview with the hiring manager. Went over job description, salary, benefits, and asked about my background in sales and management.

Background check, drug screening , 4 to five times speaking to the manager and one time speaking to the VP. Not too bad of a process. Very typical other than the pressure to sell is apparent.
