They arranged me an interview with hr and the supervisor of the position. They were all kind and they asked me usual questions to find out about my background and also why I want to leave my company in order to enter the marine industry. After that I completed a skills test under the supervision of the hr assistant. I was informed that I succeeded and so a few days later they arranged me a meeting with the CFO. It was a dramatic experience as they were already prejudiced, I do not know the reason why, it has not happened to me before. They made me feel so uncomfortable from the very beginning. They tried so hard to show to the hr officer that I am not right for the job, although I made it to the final step. Unprofessional and almost rude behavior.
