Applied online, was contacted after about a month. Went to the interview at 11am. There were three interviewers interviewing for 3 hours. I found one of the interviewers who claimed to be the senior manager to be quite clueless about the job. The other two younger guys were fine. They had a standard set of questions and all of them basically repeat the same questions, so after a while it gets quite exhausting repeating the same answers over and over again. There were absolutely no technical questions, questions were very similar to the ones in some of the interviewing books.
