      Rating: ★★☆☆☆ (2/5 stars) Overall Interview Experience: My interview with Neovia Logistics for the Logistics Engineer position was one of the most challenging I've encountered. While parts of the process were well-structured and professional, the final stage raised serious questions about the consistency and fairness of the evaluation. Positive Aspects: • The hiring manager was highly professional and respectful throughout the process. • HR communication was consistently prompt and clear during the initial stages. Interview Process: The process consisted of multiple rounds of interviews, including phone screens, behavioral assessments, and a demanding on-site component. • The on-site visit included a surprise stress interview, which required quick and constant responses to situational questions. This part was lengthy and mentally draining. • I was given a complex and extensive case study with a large dataset. The amount of time and effort required to complete it was significant. • The final on-site presentation was mandatory. While the hiring manager remained engaged, another key decision-maker seemed disengaged, paying little attention to my presentation and responses. This behavior created a very uncomfortable atmosphere and a lack of respect for my time and effort. Ultimately, the final decision to reject me seemed inconsistent with the positive feedback I had received in previous rounds, making the entire process feel arbitrary. Key Challenges & Observations: • The final decision appeared to contradict previous positive feedback, which made the evaluation process feel inconsistent and unfair. • The case study required a substantial amount of original work. Candidates should be aware that their solutions could potentially be used without proper acknowledgment. • The entire process was lengthy and stressful, especially the unexpected stress interview and the mandatory in-person final presentation. Advice for Candidates: • Be prepared for a lengthy, multi-stage process that requires a significant time commitment. • Be cautious about submitting original work and case study solutions, as there are no guarantees about their use or ownership after the fact. • For international candidates, be aware that the final evaluation standards may not align with feedback from earlier stages. Bottom Line: The interview process highlights how a long, multi-stage process can be undermined by a lack of respect and inconsistent evaluation at critical stages. While the hiring manager was supportive, the final decision left me with a strong impression of unfair treatment. Candidates should be prepared for a stressful, demanding process and be aware of potential inconsistencies in the final evaluation.
