So many hoops to jump through. I understand a need to test skills but there were 3 sets of personality, logic and intelligence tests that needed to be completed in addition to Excel, typing, Word and letter writing tests. Then there was the telephone interview with their interim manager who appears to do a little of everything. He's a busy man who does not seem to respect that anyone else might have something to do other than be available to speak with him at the drop of a hat. I withdrew from the interview process before it was completed.
