      Entrevista

      Applied and got the initial call with HR which went smooth and immediately got scheduled for a call with the co-founder leading product and design. It was a very engaging conversation and we pitched ideas and experiences of what has worked and not in the past. I immediately got invited for the case study, which was fairly simple and I had it done and sent within 48 hours. and this is where the red flags started to show. I had to chase for over a week to get feedback on when to present, and finally received the invite to present to the CEO and the co-founder. I have done the presentation without getting a single question, as if the decision was already made before the presentation. Then I receive the feedback the same day saying that everything was perfect and I impressed the leadership team but my ideas were not visionary enough. Then I followed up asking if that was the case then why did I get invited for the presentation from the first place if my ideas are to be judged, and of course never got a reply. Given that the case study was about NeoTaste and the position is still open, it might be that they are gathering ideas from the candidates. What started off with a great impression, ended up being a horrible experience. I would not recommend applying there.
