Interview took about half an hour, semi-formal, I didn't feel pressured to 'perform' during the interview, just to give honest answers and be myself. I felt very welcomed. Before the interview I was given a short tour of the facility and my department. Looking at reviews of the company and of other interviewees on Glassdoor helped me prepare a lot, you can gleam a lot of knowledge from other employees!
