There was a phone interview followed by an in person interview. The company was very proactive in recruiting me by flying me down for the interviewing and putting me in a hotel since I was out of state. I was very impressed with how organized the interview process was and the professionalism shown. I felt like my work is important and that my help will be appreciated. Needless to say I never felt this way in previous roles.
