I met with a total of six people. One with hr, one with the hiring manager, a two person panel interview with randoms, and back to back interviews with some engineering folks. I was immediately rejected the next day with your typical automated response HR just sends out.
Overall the process was smooth, but handled in a poor way. If you make someone talk to 6 people then the least you can do is send a personalized rejection email.
I got the feeling this company had no idea what they’re exactly hiring for since this was a new position. If you stick a candidate in tons of interviews then you clearly have no clue what you want.
