Entrevista
The interview process took 4 weeks. I was contacted shortly after applying for the position online requesting for an in person interview. I met with the human resource director and the hiring manager.
They informed me the position was newly created position and after they complete their first round of interviews with the top 3 candidates (I was one of them) they would make their choice of whom will proceed with a second interview along with a test.
During the interview process they questioned my prior roles and reasons I left. They asked a few situation base questions and told me this was a new process for them. They were recently trained to use a new interview format and must focus on competencies. Overall, the interview wasn't too difficult. The human resource manager and hiring manager were both very professional.
After the interview I performed the typical interview etiquette: thank you notes and reiterating my interests.
About a week later I received an email from the human resource manager regretting to inform me I was not selected for the position. I asked for feed back and she informed me they moved forward with a more qualified candidate.
