They were interested until the (mandated) video interview. The interviewer could barely hide their disdain. Needless to say, it was all very uncomfortable. I was very qualified for the position, and this company constantly boasts about being “diverse”; I should have known it was just for PR. Racists.
This was a virtual interview with recruiter. The next step would have been with a local sales manager but our schedules did not align so I did not continue the process.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
I had a virtual interview with a recruiter after applying and invited to online hiring fair. Discussed background, asked about commitment and availability as well as applicable skills and background. Was looking for a seasonal position, and none were available yet.
