The first round was for around 2 hours. The hiring manager gave the brief about roles and responsibilities.
They want a ISR to prepare his own data. They will not provide any tools to extract the data. It's our job to gather the data and put it into SF CRM. Target is to schedule 2 demos for software per week and after probation period they were expecting a closure from ISR. Marketing campaign activities are also needs to be done by ISR. They want ISR to take first level discussion as well. They are expecting that the candidate should know 30-35% about the process industry and the technicalities of it. So basically they want every part of sales to be done by ISR.
The hiring process is too slow. They took my first level of interview 40-45 days back and they called for second round after that. And in second round he repeated all the roles and responsibilities which he told me in the first round of interview. After completing the interview he said we will reach out to you in couple of weeks.
In my point of view they were still searching for the candidate but they didn't got.
Even in the pandemic, it is compulsory for employees to come to office for 2-3 days. They do not have WFH policy. They don't work in night shifts. No incentives.
