The interview process involved a seminar with 200+ applicants in a video conference. After the zoom, you schedule a zoom interview. My interview was fairly quick (under 30 mins). Quite honestly, I felt that this company was rather desperate in their hiring process. They did not offer any health insurance or benefits, and their requirements for sales numbers seemed quite high from an outside perspective(required to meet with at least 70 small businesses per week). If the minimum prospecting numbers weren’t met, you don’t get your base salary. The only other incentive would have been for possible stock options if you stay with the company long enough.
