Poorly done, their recruiter showed up earler than agreed, sent me messages that we should go with call earlier than discussed and during our call he kept calling me by the wrong name (probably name of candidate he interviewed before me), explaining role in not enough details and when I said I am not interested anymore he got angry and hung up on me with words "well thanks anyway" Since I am recruiter myself I found this experience extremely unprofessional, I also had bad days but you don't let candidates know this or you reschedule.
