Lovely interviewers and seems like a great company but didn't feel like i was fully updated in the process as to what was going on, decision making etc.... Had to chase for feedback. First interview was informal chat, second interview was a client response, 30/60/90 day plan and competency based questions which is quite a lot for one stage. Potentially break it out more evenly with first stage.
