Learned about position via recruiter: I later found the job posting on various local job boards. This Product Development Engineering Manager position met my criteria including responsibilities and salary range. Neapco Driveline skipped a phone interview and jumped right to an on-site, 3 hour interview. I met with three existing product and supply chain managers for 1 hour each. Questions from the hiring manager were similar to Lominger Criteria questions. I had good discussions with the other two managers about Neapco's business strategy and growth.

I was surprised the hiring manager brought up the question of salary expectations during this first interview. I reiterated that I was interested at the advertised salary, as posted on the Automation Alley job board. He seemed surprised the salary had been publicly posted. His interest waned after.
