The interview process was very smooth. They kept me well informed through the whole process. There was a lot of respect and no ghosting. The second interview in the process was done very thoughtfully with extremely good questions that really allowed me to showcase my abilities and fit. I was extremely impressed that the 3rd step was to interview with a few team members just to ensure cultural fit. They have great respect for their employees.
