The interview process was very straightforward and simple. I was contacted to schedule an in-person interview for the Junior Graphic Designer position. During the interview, the questions were mostly about my availability, design software skills, and whether I was comfortable using tools like Adobe Creative Suite. They did not ask me to walk through my portfolio in detail. Overall, the interview felt more like a basic screening conversation than a technical design interview.
