They make it very clear that if you hope to get a full-time job after the internship / when you graduate, you must work at the call center and "work your way up" - their words, not mine. If you give any inclination that the call center is not a path you want to take, they won't consider you for future opportunities. Because of that, I declined the offer.

During the interview, questions focused on previous work experience, teamwork, problem-solving, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The interviewer was friendly and clearly explained the role expectations, schedule, and workplace culture. Overall, the process was organized and informative.
