I applied online through the NFCU site and was contacted by a recruiter a couple days later. She spent about 20 minutes telling me about the position, the company and some of the questions to prepare for. The in person interview was a panel of 2 branch managers and one regional manager. Their questions were mostly scripted, but they showed interest in my answers. After the interview, I was emailed an assessment to complete which consisted of a writing sample and an Excel document with data that they provide.
