Pretty terrible interview process. My whole career has been working for corporations and I myself have given interviews and would never just read off a paper without making any conversation at all. The interviewer read me 2 pages of questions and didn't ever make conversation with my answers. At the beginning while waiting for her boss to call in on the interview, I tried to make small talk and spoke about where my husband and I just moved from. She asked me a question about me getting married the year before. I said yes and we just had a baby a couple months ago. She then said "wow you guys move fast". She didn't smile at all, I felt judged that we had a baby so quickly. Confused how this lady is in HR with no people skills at all. Be ready to answer many situational questions. I felt strange walking out of the interview even though I answered their questions very well. The next day I received an email from her saying they were reposting the position to open the candidate pool some more and that she wouldn't be making a decision until more interviews. I thought that was strange to send... We are looking for someone else basically but we aren't rejecting you just yet. Anyways, I don't mind that I didn't get the position as I was taking a step back in my career for this to see if I would like HR but I had a problem with their process.

About 20 generic question. They definitely want someone for an entry level position, so the interview was easy and lasted maybe 30minutes. Two people interviewed me and they were very neutral as far as emotions
