Don’t attend interviews here . They want people who join immediately but they have a very high notice period policy which they will never disclose until the very end . They have shady policies which aren’t disclosed until you enquire them . They low ball the expected compensation after all rounds are finished . Please don’t waste precious time of the candidates .

I received the interview call directly from the HR. First discussion was good and it was aligned to the role which they were looking and also whai I have applied for. But in the next round with leadership which was more like casual one. There I found that the person was bit confused for the role he was hiring for. It seems he was looking for some enterprise architect or AI architect role.
