The interview process was very brief, the recruiter did a great job coordinating all of my conversations. Flow was Recruiter Screen > Director/Peer Phone Interview > Onsite Interview. From initial screen to offer took about 4 weeks (could have been shorter, but my availability made it go longer). All in all I loved all of the conversations that I had with the consultants and leaders of the company. The entire process was pretty fun and the people just made the company feel natural and welcoming.
