I had a call with the hiring manager after getting a response on my application very quickly within a few hours. The interview itself was pushed back once with a few hours of notice, which was fine. The interview was average, but I did not even get an automated email that I was not moving onto the next stage. I even reached out to HR and did not get an email reply. I get that the company is busy but so are all other companies that have the decency to either send me a generic automated email or respond to me over email or phone.
