Very positive experience from beginning to end! I was very impressed with the TripActions team. I had the opportunity to meet a variety of team members which was very beneficial. The interview process was free-flowing and provided plenty of opportunity to both answer and ask questions. My first interview was a phone screen with the recruiter. My second interview was a video conference call with the hiring manager. My third interview was another video conference call with another manager. My fourth was an onsite panel interview My fifth and final interview was meeting with the team that I would have been leading. Although the interview process was rigorous, I really appreciate the fact that TripActions goes great lengths to make sure they hire people who are not just qualified on paper but would be a good fit into TripActions corporate culture. What I was most impressed about was the phone call that I received informing me that another candidate was chosen for the position. It was the first time in my professional career that a recruiter called back, shared the outcome of interview process, and personally encouraged me to apply for positions that I felt would be a good fit. In an age of automated denial emails and unanswered requests for status updates, TripActions has really left a good impression on me. I would gladly apply to future TripActions openings!
