It was friendly but formal, they explained a lot about the company, the job, culture, and benefits, then asked me 5 questions and if I had any questions for them.

What is your proudest academic/scholastic accomplishment?
One 30 minute interview via telephone with two people from their hiring team, no one from HR. Submitted a writing sample and my transcripts. No follow up in person interview or additional phone interviews.
