The process started out very positive. Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and enthusiastic about their role. But I have 2 major gripes that tainted the overall experience. 1) It was mentioned multiple times that they were looking for someone with fullstack experience but with a focus on the frontend. However, no part of the interview process was frontend focused. You can definitely get through the entire process with 0 frontend knowledge as long as you're good with algorithms. 2) I went through the entire interview process including a lengthy virtual onsite only to be ghosted at the end. I reached out to the recruiter multiple times to followup and never heard anything.
