We briefly communicated by email before I was called in to be interviewed in person by the office manager (owner was away on vacation). At interview we talked, and then I got a tour of the facility. After sending a followup email the next day, I got a response asking to come in for a second interview. We reviewed the job description, talked about pay, and then offered me the position.
