Very impersonal and automated online approach. No feedback or any form of human reaction despite multiple follow-up attempts. The content of the automated rejection did not match with the vacancy still being available online months later. I believe NI leaves open some opportunities for building a good and respectful company image and I do not feel tempted to proceed with future applications at this company.
