You apply online. They send you a canned rejection email if they decide not to interview you. If they do interview you, typically you interview with 2-3 people, sometimes sequentially or sometimes altogether. After that, you may have to wait several weeks, depending on how fast they want to move. Then the manager gives you an informal call to let you know that a formal offer is on the way. And then HR sends you an official offer letter.

First a phone screen by H/R to ensure alignment with job specifications, salary, overview of company etc. This was really helpful in understanding the company, layout of finance organization, and also many changes which were in progress during the time of interviewing. Second step was face to face interview with hiring manager and upper level manager/director. The interview was short and odd as I was told the hiring manager just received notice of job promotion to oversee/recruit the job I was interviewing for. I was a little rattled from the short notice on interview personnel and job/role, but we all pushed through and completed the interview.
