Where do I begin? They had a really old resume from when I applied many years ago. Thankful, I had an updated copy with me to hand out. Unfortunately, they had not even reviewed it. Once one of the managers reviewed my current resume, she said to me " Why are you here?" "Who told you to come here?" Then she tried to back peddle, I mean you seem more qualified for a job across the street? How do you recover from this? Even if you felt that way, complete the interview in a positive way and just don't bother to call back, but don't belittle someone because they don't seem to have the profile you were looking for. I do have to add, the other manager there was kind and professional. She contacted the non-injury department and they requested I apply there. (the req number however, is not valid, so I will take this all as a sign that Nationwide and I are not a good match)

The interview process was pretty lengthy, but everyone was so helpful and friendly. the process made me want to be an employee even more. Best place to work with an amazing culture and healthy work life balance.
