Interview was done over the phone. Interviewer seemed overly-eager to fill the position. Interviewer seemed to dance around my questions about the position and employee satisafaction. Overall I did not get a good feeling about the job.

What 3 qualities make you a qualified candidate for this job?
I've spoken to recruiters and have been interviewed numerous times over the last few months. The interviews are pretty straight forward in terms of asking about background, skills, etc. However, the salary range is never consistent with what is posted. For example, posting may say 55-100k. However the recruiter will say 55-65k. Please change this to reflect the target salary of the job posted...not a range. This wastes not only my time, but the recruiters as well.
Very smooth and quick process with an offer made quickly. Background check and drug screening upon offer. The HR team were friendly and helpful in answering all of my questions during the interview process and after accepting the offer.
