First I met with the recruiter at the HR Office. He asked many questions about my background and experience. The expected salary for the position was discussed at this point. I was then directed to another location to interview with the hiring manager. The manager reviewed my resume' and asked more in depth questions about my background and interests. Work hours were discussed along with a brief overview of the department.
