The First interview was with talent acquisition online then interview with specific unit. The first interview was a lot of questions about your character. I found the interview with the unit to be easier.

I had a phone interview and then an in person interview. The phone interview was pretty quick and straight forward while the in person one was more situational. I'm still awaiting a response.

Easygoing and relaxed. First there was a brief 10 minute phone call then about a week later I was in for the in person interview. The interview lasted about 20 minutes and was simple.
