Was initially difficult to schedule an interview. I needed to contact HR multiple times. Multiple positions open within the hospital due to staffing shortages. Salary offer was not competitive compared to other health systems.

Initial interview over the phone with HR was a lot of rapid fire situational questions. In person interview with manager was warm, inviting, and approachable and more like a conversation.

Manager forgot about the interview and had to reschedule, video interview rescheduled. In person interview went well. Did not offer a shadow. Quick response after interview. HR talent coordinated interview process
