The interview was very different. It was much more like a conversation then it was an actual interview. I interviewed with two people. One of them was warm and friendly, and the other one came across almost snooty. Upon further discussion she was very passionate and friendly but was not warm at all. Her personality did not match her demeanor and I don't think she knew that. She was however very engaging, very informative, and very passionate. I was very comfortable with talking to all the parties comma and await to hear their decision period they made me excited about what they're doing and the company has a fantastic reputation.

The interviewer makes you feel comfortable and was very engaged. They did not rush through the interview and gave opportunity for you to ask questions. They seemed very upfront about the job duties as well.
