An internal recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn about the job opportunity. We scheduled a call to discuss. She asked a lot of questions about skills, results and impact. Ultimately, the salary was low for what they expected the results to be. It was a telling interview that showed expectations didn't align with pay. The recruiter was not responsive and it took multiple follow ups for her to finally state that they were moving forward with another candidate.
