Then, I received an email stating that I was mistakenly contacted due to a system error and did not meet the qualifications—despite my extensive relevant experience. After following up, they acknowledged that I did have the required qualifications and rescheduled the interview, only to later reject me without explanation. The process was disorganized, recruiter lacked tact and professionalism and the conflicting messages made for a frustrating and unprofessional experience. If this is reflective of their internal operations, I would be concerned about working here. Job seekers should be prepared for inconsistent communication.
