You submit an application and then are selected for a one way video interview and then a final in person interview at their office. The entire process takes about 2 - 4 weeks.

Starts off with a virtual interview that you record your own answers to. From there if you pass that they set up another interview (in this case virtual) with the hiring manager and another member. The hiring manager didn't even do any of the talking. The virtual interview was short, though not a fan of how it was ran. Interviewers answers are run through a scoring system and I guess that's how they figure out who to hire. Overall a smooth process otherwise.
