At first , there was a phone screen with the recruiter.She was nice and we connected immediately. After that, I went to the Chicago office and gave an interview with the Director and VP of the team. It went well and the questions were simple and about previous experience. They gave you the timeline to get back to you for the results.I was waiting for 2 weeks and got back to them asking for a follow-up.No response at all (4-5 emails).It is not professional for the company to do this to the candidate.
