The interview process for this position was frustrating; not necessarily in regards to my interactions with the staff, but rather the lack of communication and respect of my time as an applicant. I attended three rounds of interviews (the third I was assured would be the final round). My correspondence with NPC regarding this position began when I received my first interview invitation, and continued to wait weeks upon weeks for feedback between rounds until my final interview six months later. After my final interview, I never received a final decision or feedback about my interviews, despite sending multiple follow-up messages over the course of several weeks. All the while, I continued to see social media posts advertising this vacancy while waiting for responses from the team. Overall, it was a heartbreaking experience and while I hold positive regard for my interactions with this team, I would not interview again for this company.
