I walked in for an application when the store was in the process of being built and put together. They gave me an application and asked me to fill it out and bring it back a week later. When i brought it in the DM that was hiring people saw me and looked at me, asked my age (he thought i was 16), looked at my application and gave me the new hire forms right then and there. Asked me to come back tomorrow with the rest of my info. Was hired and started the day after that.
