Expect a group interview and personal interview with HR and department manager. In most cases there is 2 or 3 interview phases. Your resume will be appreciated but your ability to deal with problems and find solutions will be really appreciated. Communicate all your previous experiences and what are your plans for next few years.

Entrevista
Initial phone screen with recruiter, then a video chat with hiring manager. Afterwards, 1:1 video interviews with various team members, and finally a video panel interview w/technical presentation to the same people with whom the 1:1 interviews were conducted. However, no response from the recruiter for weeks after the panel interview. Unprofessional
