Quick telephone interview and then a very well organised assessment day. Very enjoyable process! Assessment day consists of company tour, presentation of a topic of your choice, a competency interview with HR and a technical interview with application engineer. Job is very costumer focused which is good for some but was not my type of job. Declined offer but overall, very smooth process and very nice people!
