Overall, the process felt somewhat disjointed. I received less than 24 hours’ notice for the panel interview, which made it challenging to prepare thoughtfully, particularly for a role that appears to have been posted since September and for which interviews took place several months later, in December. This timeline gave the impression that the organization may still have been refining what it was ultimately looking for in a candidate. Additionally, during the panel interview, I felt that there may have been some bias from one panelist, which impacted the overall experience. While I understand interviews can be subjective, the dynamic made it difficult to feel that the process was fully equitable.
